Tables and the kitchen
Choose the appropriate workspace and branch. Your plan, enabled modules and team permissions determine which actions are available.
35.10 Online menu, ordering from the table and the online shop
Three public pages on posmasr.com that read the shop's own products and prices. Included in Business and Chain; on Cashier and Shop each is a monthly add-on bought in Billing → Plan (online menu 100, table QR and ordering 100, online shop 300 EGP); Basic has no add-ons.
- Settings → Online: claim the shop's address (
posmasr.com/menu/your-shop,posmasr.com/shop/your-shop), switch each page on, write themessagesin Arabic and English, add the logo, copy the links and their QR codes. Products shown online hides products from the online pages. “Show in search engines” lists what the menu still needs before search engines may show it. - Tables and seats: add them one by one or in bulk (rows × seats), in areas, and print the A4 code sheet (2 × 3 or 3 × 4 per page). On
Chain, “Request printed QR codes” orders the printed set from us (one set per branch a year, up to 40 codes). - Table ordering is a nine-step wizard with a recommended answer on each step: tables, how guests pay (at the end — one bill per table; pay first; or when the order reaches them), confirming before the kitchen, the bill (the shop's service charge and an optional minimum per person), what is orderable, where orders go (kitchen stations by category, sound, hours), staff (who confirms, who takes payment, waiters with a 4-digit PIN), safety (a cap on orders that go straight on, an alert for a bill open too long) and Try it now — a test table whose orders never become sales. - The waiter view (
/waiter, made for the phone) shows every table by urgency — order waiting, bill asked, calling, paying, preparing, seated, free — to confirm orders, seat guests, print the pre-bill and take payment (all at once, by items, evenly or in parts); a bill can move to another table or merge with one; cancelling needs a manager. Payment is taken by your staff; the guest's page takes no card. The Windows till shows an “Online orders” pill with what is waiting. - The online shop takes orders with cash on delivery: Settings → Online → Shop sets the delivery areas (
feeand minimum), pickup, the minimum order and the hours. Orders arrive on the Orders page (accept, reject with a reason, out for delivery, delivered, the delivery slip); an accepted order is completed on the till as a normal sale.

The guest scans the table's code, sees the menu, orders and calls the waiter or asks for the bill. The order reaches the tills and the waiter's phone, and the kitchen once confirmed.
Every step has a recommended answer; leave the set-up and come back, the skipped steps show on the Today page.
The waiter view shows every table with its state: an order waiting, bill asked, calling, paying, preparing, seated, free — the most urgent first. From it you confirm orders, seat guests, print the pre-bill and confirm payment.
A bill has its own number, not a receipt number. It can be paid at once, by items (each part a receipt), evenly or in parts (settled in one receipt). The service charge is your shop's. Move a bill to another table or merge two; cancelling needs a manager and a reason.
The minimum charge per person: when the items come to less than minimum × guests, the difference is its own line on the receipt.
Kitchen stations: each category has a station (e.g. drinks to the bar), and each round — and every ordinary till sale — makes a ticket per station. The kitchen screen can show one station.
The test table: from the safety step make a test table and scan it with your phone. Its orders show to the waiter but never become sales.
"Call the waiter" and "Ask for the bill" alert the tills and the waiter view with the table's name, once a minute per table.

The chosen quantities become a bill of their own on this table; the rest stays here. Each bill is then paid and gets its own receipt. Nothing goes to the kitchen again.
