1. Try first, free
Every feature of PosMasr is free for 7 days on your own PC and hardware, with no card and no sign-up. A license key is issued only when you ask for one after that. Please test your printer, drawer and scanner during the trial.
2. Offline license
A license key is generated for one specific machine and cannot be taken back or reused once delivered. License fees are therefore non-refundable once the key has been sent to you.
- The one exception, in your favour: if a verified bug in the program prevents selling on your till and we cannot fix it within 14 days of a clear report (screenshots or a remote session), we refund the license in full and retire the key.
- Upgrades between packages (Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum) are one-way: you pay the difference and get a new key. There is no refund for downgrading.
- A key that stops working because you changed the PC's hardware or reinstalled Windows is replaced free with the release procedure described in the terms; it is not a refund case.
3. Cloud subscription
- 14-day money-back on the first payment of a new account: cancel within 14 days and we refund it in full.
- After that, cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no partial refund for the remaining days.
4. Hardware, setup and training
- Hardware we supply carries the manufacturer's warranty. A unit that is dead on arrival is exchanged; opened consumables (paper rolls, label rolls) are not returned.
- Setup, training and on-site visit fees are non-refundable once the visit or session has taken place.
5. How to ask
