Run business-to-business orders with agreed prices, pack sizes, credit controls, partial deliveries and returns, using the customers and stock you already have.

Approve, ship and collect
Approve submitted orders, enforce customer credit limits when shipping, and fulfil lines in parts from the branch or an enabled warehouse. Record payments actually received and keep backorders visible.
Handle the whole relationship
Customers with portal access can request orders and returns. Accepted returns credit their account and can restore the original batches. Optional Books, Automations and Analytics use the same records.
Buy Trade in Billing → Plan, enable it in Settings → Modules, and grant separate viewing, editing, approval and billing rights. Customer Portal, Books, Warehouses, Automations and Analytics are separate entitlements when used.

Requires Shop or a higher POS plan, Customers and Stock. HR-only plans are not eligible. Trade is not included in a base plan or its trial. Commission is a report of collected revenue after tax, returns and refunds; it does not pay staff automatically.
