Create and verify your account
Register with PosMasr, verify your email and finish account setup. Open Supplier Market using a workspace-wide owner or authorized user.
Introduce your business
Complete your profile and expressly agree to publish its business contact details. Use details that buyers can check.
Publish a focused catalogue
Add selected products, accurate units, packs, prices and validity dates. Submit both your profile and listings for publication review.
Respond and fulfil
Respond to buyer requests. After agreement, the buyer creates a linked purchase order. Arrange payment and delivery directly; use Trade if you want to import it into your sales workflow.

A brand account is required to list. Normal subscription and account-retention rules apply; this is not a permanent free supplier account.
Trade is billed per workspace in addition to the base plan. It is not included in the base trial. Other optional modules have their own charges.

Understand the costsQuestions before you join
Do I need to put all my stock online?
No. Only the profile and listings you explicitly submit are published after review. Internal stock, customer lists and unrelated business records are not a public catalogue.
Is supplier membership completely free?
There is no extra directory module fee on an eligible PosMasr account. The base account’s subscription and retention rules still apply. Optional Trade has a separate monthly price.
Will you send me guaranteed customers?
No. The marketplace is new. A listing makes your range discoverable; enquiries and orders depend on buyers, your offer and your response.
Who takes payment and handles delivery?
You and the buyer agree and settle directly. PosMasr does not collect order payments, hold funds or provide escrow.
What happens when I change a price?
Edits return to review before publication. Expired, withdrawn or suspended listings are hidden. Keep your validity dates and availability current.
Payment is settled directly. Publication review is not a guarantee of supplier identity, availability or delivery.
