What “one-time” really means
No subscription
You buy the license once. There's nothing to renew and nothing that expires.
Can't be switched off
It's on your PC, it works offline, and nobody can suspend it remotely.
Tied to your machine
One license per till PC. Need a second till? Ask us for a second license.
Three steps, a few minutes
Open the license screen
Settings → Tests → License status. It shows your machine code (PM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
Send us the code and your package
On WhatsApp. We reply with your activation key for that package.
Type the key — done
The program is activated on that machine, permanently. Upgrading is a new key, nothing else.
Pricing questions
Which package do I need?
A canteen or a small kiosk that just needs to sell and print: Silver. Any shop that keeps stock, buys from suppliers or sells on credit: Gold. If you want to follow the shop from your phone or you are registered for the ETA e-receipt: Platinum. Try the Platinum package free for 7 days and decide.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You pay the difference between the packages and get a new key for the same machine. Nothing is reinstalled and your data stays as it is.
Does the price include the printer and other hardware?
No — the license is for the software only. Hardware is billed separately; we can supply a full set (printer, drawer, scanner, label printer, touch screen) or you can use what you already have.
Is setup included?
Setup is normally a separate fee — but it's free with the launch offer until 15 October 2026.
What happens when the trial ends?
The program shows the activation screen. Enter a key and everything — products, sales, settings — is exactly as you left it.
Can I move the license to a new computer?
Yes. On the old PC press “Release the license” (Settings → Tests → License status): it shows a release code. Send it to us with the new machine's code and you get a new key on the spot, free. If the old PC died and there is no release code, we transfer once a year on a written declaration; further transfers in the same year cost 20% of the package. Move your data with the built-in backup.
How does a second till work, and what does it cost?
The second PC gets its own license at 40% off the package price. One till is the primary (it keeps the products, stock, clients and the credit ledger) and the second follows it over the shop's Wi-Fi or LAN: it pulls the products every minute and sends every receipt to the primary, queued while the network is down. Receipt numbers come from the primary. Gold or Platinum.
Do kitchen screens need their own license?
No. Kitchen screens connect to a licensed till (Gold or Platinum) and are covered by it.
