Record deposit received, handover and return condition. Calculate late days and damage charges, then apply the deposit.
Settle the account
Record the balance paid, deposit returned, invoice credit or refund. Shared customer accounts and enabled Books stay linked.
Each add-on has its own switch and team permissions. Connections use the same customer, stock and account records when the relevant modules are enabled. Cancelling an add-on keeps its records for reactivation.
Plan and price
400 EGP per workspace per month, before VAT. Separate purchase; not included in a base plan or its free trial. Buy in Billing → Plan, then enable it in Settings → Modules.
Services and Rentals require a base plan with Customers enabled. Other connections are optional. HR-only plans are not eligible.
Payments, refunds and customer replies are recorded here after they happen; these actions do not charge a card, move funds or send a message.
