Start with one useful question
Which regular customers have stopped visiting? A list of phone numbers cannot answer that. The CRM module in PosMasr brings visits, spending, purchase history, notes, tags and recorded consent into one customer view. Start with a small, relevant group and one useful reason to contact them.
Build the customer picture
Open a customer's profile and check the history before choosing the next action. Add a note that will help the next person serving them, and use tags to keep groups meaningful. Keep business customers and their deals in the pipeline, with a next action beside each deal. A follow-up call about a quotation needs different preparation from a welcome message to a new shopper.
Choose the audience before the message
Create a segment for the customers the message actually concerns. For example, a welcome flow for new customers or a win-back flow for customers who have gone quiet. Record their marketing consent before including them. A purchase or a phone number on a receipt is not a substitute for that recorded consent. Review the audience and message before starting the campaign.
Respect the customer's choices
Campaigns respect opt-outs, quiet hours and sending limits. Email campaigns include an unsubscribe link. WhatsApp needs your connected account and, outside the 24-hour reply window, an approved marketing template. Provider charges are separate. Set up the channel first, and check its requirements before promising a launch date.
Make follow-up a routine
Begin with one audience and one campaign. Keep notes from calls beside the customer or deal, and review the next actions regularly. The aim is a relevant conversation that the customer wanted, with a clear record for the team.
