41.10 The credit book and reminders

  1. Settings → Credit book: switch on; the days to pay (30 by default), a default limit and whether going over it warns or blocks at the till, the payment details your statement shows, and the reminders (off until you switch them on).
  2. Customers → Credit book: everyone who owes, overdue, the age of the debt (0–30, 31–60, 61–90, 90+), the last payment and reminder. A customer's page: a note (“called, will pass by”), a promise to pay on a day, the statement link, Take a payment.
  3. Reminders to send: today's WhatsApp list — one tap per customer opens the prefilled message on your phone. E-mails go by themselves to customers who gave an address. Three polite tones (friendly, firm, final), never in quiet hours, stopping after 4 reminders.
  4. Collections (Reports): collected by day and cashier, reminders sent and how many paid after one, promises kept and missed.

Plans: Cashier and up, online and in the PosMasr Cloud till app; since 7 October also in the program on your PC from Silver — see 42.16. WhatsApp is never sent by itself, and there are no SMS. More: Collect what you're owed, politely · Selling on credit
