How to use Production & Assembly

1. Create a bill of materials with component quantities and costs, then publish it. Create a work order from that published revision.
2. Release and start the work order. Linked components are consumed once. Review the planned quantity before proceeding.
3. Complete with good quantity, waste and quality results. Good quantity plus waste must equal the planned quantity. Linked finished goods enter stock once; these recorded costs do not replace accounting WIP or product purchase costs.
