Give repeat business a clear plan
A weekly grocery box, a monthly service or a membership needs more than a reminder in the owner's diary. The Subscriptions module in PosMasr keeps the customer, plan, billing cycle and scheduled deliveries together. It is for the subscriptions your customers buy from you, separate from your own software subscription.
Define what the customer receives
Create a weekly, monthly or yearly cycle. Set the included visits or products, any trial days and family members where relevant. Make the offer clear before sharing its sign-up link. Customers can join and manage their subscription through self-service; the team keeps the plan beside the same customer account.
Follow each billing cycle
Each cycle is billed once. Use Books or the customer account, then follow overdue balances with reminders and the configured suspension or cancellation steps. Review upcoming bills and monthly recurring revenue alongside cancellations. These figures help you see the plan's activity, but they are not a promise that every bill will be collected.
Prepare the payment connection
Pay links require a configured Paymob connection. Charging a saved card also requires Paymob recurring approval and sandbox verification; it is not automatically available just because the module is enabled. Confirm the payment route before selling a plan as automatically charged.
Schedule deliveries and know the till limit
Scheduled deliveries can go to the delivery desk now. Redeeming included units at the till requires the next till app update; the current desktop release does not gain that control from this website update. For tax-exempt plans in a VAT shop, use a pay link or customer account instead of collecting through the delivery till.
Start with one manageable plan
Included in Business and Chain; for Shop, this add-on costs 300 EGP per month before VAT. Enable Subscriptions in Settings → Modules and buy an add-on in Billing → Plan. Begin with a plan your team can fulfil consistently, check the first bill and delivery, then expand. See the feature page for current availability.
