Subscriptions and recurring billing
Choose the appropriate workspace and branch. Your plan, enabled modules and team permissions determine which actions are available.
Subscriptions and recurring billing
- Create a subscription plan with its cycle,
price, included units and applicable tax treatment. Add a customer subscription or share its signup link. - Review upcoming bills and overdue balances. Payment links need a configured provider; automatic saved-card charging requires the provider’s
recurring-paymentapproval. - Redeem included units in a supported current till version or schedule eligible deliveries. Check the customer, plan and available balance before confirming. Pause or cancel through the subscription record.

What you sell: a price for each cycle, what it includes and how a change of plan is billed. A plan shown online is on the sign-up page.
Print the QR or send the link: your customers pick a plan, give their name and phone, and pay online or at delivery.
Products or services each cycle (4 × 19 L water, 8 visits). A delivered product gets a delivery order on the subscription's days; anything else is redeemed at the till.
