Loyalty and promotions
Choose the appropriate workspace and branch. Your plan, enabled modules and team permissions determine which actions are available.
41.2 The stamp card
“Buy 9 coffees, the 10th is free”, on the customer's phone — no app to install, no paper card to lose.
- Settings → Stamp card (managers): switch it on, then the stamps that fill the card (9 = the 10th is free), what earns a stamp (a visit at or above an amount, or each item in chosen categories or products), a cap per receipt, the reward's text, an expiry if you want, and whether the receipt prints the card. Print the counter sign from the same page.
- The customer gets a card by scanning the QR on their receipt, or the counter sign and typing their mobile. The card page shows “4 of 9 stamps” and can be added to the home screen.
- At the till a Stamp card box shows under the customer; type or scan a card code to link it. When the card is full, Give the reward applies it as the till's usual discount — no new payment type.
