Invoice from a photo
Choose the appropriate workspace and branch. Your plan, enabled modules and team permissions determine which actions are available.
41.11 An invoice from a photo
- Inventory → Invoice from a photo (or From a photo on Receive stock). The first time, a manager agrees that the photos are read by an AI service.
- Take a photo of the supplier's invoice (Arabic, English or both) or choose a PDF, then Read the invoice.
- Check it beside the photo: each line green, amber or red; the product matched (or made new), the carton of 12, the cost, the expiry. We recompute every total ourselves: “matches the invoice”, or “differs by 12.00: check line 4”. Then the supplier, the invoice number, the VAT, paid now or on account.
- Confirm and receive: the stock, the costs and the supplier's invoice in one go. What you matched is remembered for that supplier, so the next invoice is nearly one tap.
Chain 40, and 2 in the trial; each page of a PDF is one reading. It ships switched off and is being switched on shop by shop: until then the page says “not enabled for your shop yet”. Nothing is received until you confirm it. More: A supplier invoice from a photoOn this screen
