Bring your data
Choose the appropriate workspace and branch. Your plan, enabled modules and team permissions determine which actions are available.
41.6 Bring your data
- Online: Settings → Bring your
data(also on the first-day setup and Products → Import). On your PC: Products → Bringdatain → Bring yourdata. - Pick what the file holds — products, customers with what they owe, suppliers with what you owe, opening stock — or let us tell, then the file (Excel .xlsx or CSV). No file yet? Download the empty template in Arabic or English.
- We find the sheet and the header row and guess every column, saying why; change any guess. Exports from Loyverse, Square, Shopify and QuickBooks are recognised as they are.
- Choose what happens to what you already have (keep it, update prices and stock only, or update everything), read the findings and the dry run (“will add 1,240 products, update 85, skip 12”), then import. Undo this import works for 30 days.
Plans: products on every plan (Basic up to 300 products), customers from Cashier, suppliers and opening stock from Shop. It does not bring sales history: receipts from another program cannot be re-made faithfully, so you bring the opening balances instead. An old .xls file: save it as .xlsx first. More: Import from anywhere · Moving from another program
