• Categories on the side. Tap one to show only its products.
• Tap a product to add it to the receipt. Tap again to add one more.
• Select a line, then + / − change the quantity, Remove deletes it, Clear starts a new receipt.
• Open drawer, Reprint last, Void last receipt sit under the receipt.
• Search / barcode box above the products: type part of a name to filter, or scan a barcode to add the item directly. The box is always ready for the scanner.
• Products with tracked stock show the remaining quantity in brackets; sold-out ones look faded (or hidden, if you enable that in Settings).

Scan to add: a pack you do not have yet (4.1)

A customer brings a pack that is not in your products yet. If the ready catalogue knows its barcode, you do not have to leave the sales screen to add it.

• Scan it in the search / barcode box as usual. Instead of “not found”, a small window opens — Not in your products yet — but it is in the catalogue — with the catalogue's picture, the name (you can correct it), the category and an empty price box that says Type the price.
• Type your price. The catalogue never supplies one — the price is always yours.
• Add and sell (Enter) adds the product and puts it on the current sale; it needs a price. Add only (F2) adds it to your products without selling it. Cancel (Esc) adds nothing.
• The name, category and picture are saved with the product; change them later in Settings → Products like any other product. A barcode or name you already have is refused, as in the product screen.
• Cashiers: a cashier without the right to manage products needs a manager's approval to press either Add button.
• It works offline, from the catalogue file on the PC (section 31). A shop that does not share its product list sees the usual “not found”, as before.
