Plan & usage
Choose the appropriate workspace and branch. Your plan, enabled modules and team permissions determine which actions are available.
35.6 Billing, payment and invoices
- Billing → Plan and usage shows the plan, its
price, the status and dates (trial ends / paid until), the three limits as “used / allowed” bars with the names of the tills online, and the next invoice. - Paying: Billing → Payment, by card through
Stripe— the card is saved withStripe, never with us, and renews the plan by itself every month; remove the card from the same page any time. Can't pay by card? Contact us on WhatsApp or at sales@bytesglue.com and we agree another way with you. - Add-ons: on Cashier and Shop, Billing → Plan sells the online menu (100 EGP a month), table QR codes and ordering (100) and the online shop (300); Basic has none. An add-on bought mid-month is charged for the days left (free during the trial, billed from the first renewal), it is a line on every renewal invoice, and cancelling switches it off at once. Moving up to Business drops the lines, because the plan includes them (35.10).
- Invoices: Billing → Invoices lists every invoice with its lines (the plan, extra branches, the prorated difference of an upgrade, a promo code), its status and the payment that settled it, and prints it as HTML.
- Late or unpaid: after the paid-until day there are 7 days of grace with a banner on every till and browser (and a reminder by e-mail when the grace period starts); then the shop is read-only: no new sales, held orders, shifts or stock writes, while receipts, reports, products, exports and billing keep working and the till shows “subscription paused — pay to keep selling”. The payment flips every till back within a second. A trial that ends unpaid goes read-only at once (nothing was paid). Sixty days read-only cancels the account; the
datais deleted 90 days after that, and the export works until then.

The five plans side by side. An upgrade is the prorated difference and applies when paid; a downgrade applies on the next cycle.
Your next invoice follows the cycle you pick; a paid period never changes.
A card subscription bills the extra branches automatically: a branch added or closed is prorated for the current period.
For the Cashier and Shop plans: each add-on on its own, monthly. Business and Chain include them.
Modules you can add to your plan, each monthly. Cancel any time: the module switches off at once and nothing you entered is deleted.
