Your live customer card: stamps and points
The customer card works in the phone browser today. It brings the stamp progress, points balance, reward and the code used at checkout together. Customers do not need an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass to open that page. Keep the card link private: it belongs to the customer, not to a public demonstration or a social-media screenshot.
A small, verified checkout example
Open a fictional customer card during training. Check the starting balance, complete one eligible checkout, then refresh the card and inspect the recorded change. Compare it with the original receipt and the shop’s loyalty rules. A cart preview or an uncompleted payment should not be described as an earned visit. If an action is uncertain, inspect the original transaction before repeating it; a retry should not award the same visit twice.
Use the customer’s actual card at checkout. Review the selected customer before recording a reward, and keep staff permissions separate from customer access. A browser card is not permission to alter somebody else’s balance. The availability of loyalty controls depends on the shop’s enabled features and entitlement.
Wallet passes are coming soon
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet issuance is still future work. The coming-soon buttons are not active enrolment links and do not mean a pass has already been issued. The planned pass experience will update stamps, points, rewards and the scan code after visits, but the browser card is the current working route. No completion date or automatic provider approval is promised here.
